What is your favorite place to visit, thing(s) to do in, or memory from living in LA? 

I love good food and LA has some of the best food in the world! Plus, a day can’t get too much better than getting to watch the sunset over the beach at Santa Monica. 

What are your areas of interest within EM or future career plans? 

I am interested in social emergency medicine and advocacy, as well as medical education.

Why did you choose UCLA-Olive View for residency? 

The people! Everyone at UCLA is truly kind, generous, and fun. I also loved the support and opportunities the program provides for residents to do what they’re passionate about. Plus, with a 50/50 academic-county mix, you can have the best of both worlds.

What else do you do in your free time? What hobbies do you have? 

I’m a bit of a gym rat and enjoy weightlifting, tennis, and hiking. I also enjoy baking, (watching) musical theater, and too much mass media consumption. Fly Eagles Fly!
