Why did you choose UCLA for residency?  

I liked that there was a 50/50 split between working in a county hospital and working in an academic center.  Also, many people on the interview trail told me that the residents were really happy at UCLA, more so than most other places.

What else do you do in your free time? What hobbies do you have?   I'm here with my wife and daughter so I try and spend as much time with them as possible.  Otherwise, skiing, snowboarding, running, hiking, traveling, hanging out with friends, etc.

What are your areas of interest within EM or future career plans?  

I've liked all aspects, so I feel fortunate to have matched to UCLA!  At UCLA, you have access to pretty much everything.
