What is your favorite place to visit, thing(s) to do in, or memory from living in LA?

A favorite moment in LA was just before getting kicked off an unnamed UCLA building's rooftop: we were having a cookout, enjoying medium-rare perfection as we gazed upon an immense city framed by mountains and sea.

What are your areas of interest within EM or future career plans?

I intend to teach health workers and improve health systems in developing countries.

Why did you choose UCLA-Olive View for residency?

I love the UCLA program for its people and I enjoy the challenge of training in diverse clinical settings.

What else do you do in your free time? What hobbies do you have?

In my free time I seek out the defiant presence of nature in an urban environment.
